FANTASYCON DEALERS’ ROOM
The Dealers’ Room is located in the downstairs Britannia room. Tables are £25.00 each (approximately 6’ x 2’), with a maximum of four tables per dealer. This price does not include convention membership.
A special “Dealers’ Rate” membership of £50.00 covers convention membership for one person plus one table, for the entire weekend. Any extra tables/staff must be paid for at the appropriate rate.
FantasyCon 2011 is committed to ensuring a balance between small presses and retail booksellers. To that end, in the event of the Dealers’ Room being oversubscribed, a final attribution of tables will be made, and any unsuccessful applicants will have their fees returned at that time.

DEALER SET-UP:
The Britannia room will be available for dealers to set-up from Friday, September 30th at 10:00 am.
We hope to open the room to attending members by 2:00 pm – allowing dealers a four-hour set up period. If you foresee needing more time than this, please let us know.
There is some restricted unloading space outside the Royal Albion Hotel at 35 Old Steine, Brighton, Sussex BN1 1NT.
The Britannia room is on the lower level of the hotel. There is a lift, but please
bring trolleys as required. There is no direct loading bay into the room.
Programming will begin at 4:00 pm on the Friday.
OPENING TIMES:
On the Friday the Dealers’ Room will close at 7:00 pm, to help facilitate the Mass Signing event that evening.
On the Saturday the Dealers’ Room will open from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, and on Sunday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, when the convention finishes. We ask that all dealers vacate the room on Sunday.
FORBIDDEN PLANET WILL ALSO BE IN ATTENDANCE, SITUATED AT THE REAR OF BAR ROGUE - selling NEW stock by Guests of Honour and other attending professionals.
